SHIPPING:
Standard FEDEX ground is free within the contiguous US and wholesale orders only. Orders weighing less than 10 pounds will ship via Federal Express SmartPost.  Alaska orders are sent with no shipping charge from Ohio to Seattle, customer pays additional shipping amount for shipping from Seattle to Alaska. Hawaiian orders are sent with no shipping charge from Ohio to Los Angeles, customer pays additional shipping amount for shipping from Los Angeles to Hawaii.

• Standard turnaround time is 1-2 business days.  This time will become longer (4-5 business days) during the holiday season from October through December. 
• Orders are shipped on a first come, first served basis.  If you require a Rush shipment, please call 800-732-4859 for additional charges and approximate shipping time. 

DROP SHIPPING:

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / INACCURACIES: 

All damaged product and/or shortages MUST be reported within 10 days upon receipt of your order. "Damaged product" refers to scratches or bent items that may have occurred during shipping. We do not accept returns for faded products. Our products are designed for Interior Wall Decor and not for outdoor use. Please inspect your order carefully prior to discarding any packing material.  If a return or exchange needs to be made, please contact us prior to returning the merchandise for proper instructions.  Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
